About

High-performance buildings are the best risk management solution for long-term ownership.  

I have over 14 years of building science and performance experience. I have a passion for energy efficiency and problem solving in all aspects of the built environment. I perform quality assurance commissioning, passive house consulting, energy modeling, and project management services for clients.

My experience is specialized in residential energy efficiency. I have performed more than 3000 home energy assessments throughout my career. I also managed a team of home energy specialists, performing assessments on behalf of the utility Sponsored Mass Save program, performing 9000+ assessments, and more than $16MM in revenue per year.

When not improving the performance of other buildings, I'm focused on improving my own nearly 200 year-old home in Hopkinton, MA, as well as enjoying time with my wife and daughter.
