About

My passion lies at the intersection of design and culture.  How the built environment affects us all, in how we experience spaces, interact with each other, feel and think about our world, and will be impacted by a changing world.

As Director of Sustainable Design and Delivery at CRB Group, Heather Walters leverages over two decades of expertise in sustainability and green building to empower clients to define and achieve ambitious sustainability goals. Drawing from a unique blend of experience and insights, Heather helps clients leverage sustainability as a strategic advantage—enhancing their facilities, supporting their broader ESG objectives, and positively impacting the world.

Having supported hundreds of green building projects globally across diverse rating systems including LEED, ILFI Living Building Challenge, ILFI CORE, SITES, WELL, and Fitwel, Heather views certifications as essential tools for aligning client objectives with meaningful outcomes. At CRB Group she is focused on supporting the aggressive sustainability goals of leading life science and pharmaceutical clients in reducing the impact of their facilities as they change the lives of patients around the world.
