About
Designed as the first Double Zero (zero energy, zero water) school in Massachusetts, the 175,000 SF Boardwalk Campus serves as a new model for sustainable, healthy, and resilient schools for communities across the country. Multiple organizations and design guides have highlighted the project as a case study. The building houses two elementary schools and a preschool program. The building supports the local community, provides a healthy place for learning/working, and reduces operational costs allowing more funds to support educational programs.
