About
A long-abandoned North Buffalo rail line is the site for DePaul’s new Pan-American Square Apartments, a 174K square foot, 150-unit apartment complex. Located at 2633 Delaware Avenue, the development will consist of three four-story buildings, all interconnected by one-story link walkways. The design blends with local building patterns while allowing the complex to fit within the constrained buildable area of the site. The project, designed to meet Passive House standards, achieved PHIUS certification in 2026.
