Chris Straile has been a practicing green building consultant for over 10 years. Chris consults with architects and developers on energy efficient design strategies and performs verification for new construction and renovations projects for programs such as ENERGY STAR®, LEED® for Homes and Passive House Institute US. He acts as Sustainable Comfort’s lead passive house Verifier including on Central New York’s first affordable passive house project. Chris uses his knowledge to design and build low-carbon, durable and resilient buildings.
