Kevin has a broad spectrum of experience in the public and private building sectors, with a foundation in green building. Kevin manages green building projects from pre-design through construction. His responsibilities include managing Phius, LEED, Enterprise Green Communities, ENERGY STAR, and DOE ZERH certifications, as well as facilitating green building municipal zoning compliance. Kevin also serves as a LEED Green Rater and is a RESNET Certified HERS energy modeler. Kevin previously managed the grant funding mechanisms for a wide portfolio of green new construction projects and energy-efficient critical system renovations in public school buildings across Massachusetts. As a contractor, Kevin weatherized and insulated dozens of homes. As a BPI-certified energy analyst, he conducted hundreds of residential energy audits in eastern Massachusetts. He holds a MS in Construction Management and a BS in Sustainability Studies with a minor in Green Building and Community Design.
