About

One of two new buildings that are a part of The Lighthouses project in Salem. 34 Peabody Street is a 21-unit family housing development located across from the Salem Harbor Walk. The ground floor includes open gallery space for artists to display their work. The facade design is fashioned to the building's specific orientation, integrating solar fins and angled bays that strategically shade and limit unwanted solar heat gain while providing ample light, long views, and cross ventilation.
