Becca leads the High Performance Buildings Team at Linnean Solutions where she works to improve human health and well-being through the built environment. She creates integrated, high-performing buildings grounded in LEED, WELL, Passive House, and Living Building Challenge principles. Her expertise covers energy modeling, building science, healthy materials, specifications, master planning, and interdisciplinary coordination. Her recent work centers on Passive House consulting, where she guides design teams, especially on multifamily projects, through Passive House and LEED certification.

Before joining Linnean, Becca worked as an architectural designer and project manager at leading architecture firms. She led projects from concept through construction across private residences, K–12 schools, government facilities, churches, hospitals, and master plans.
