About

One of North America's most experienced Passive House Consultants!

Prudence has consulted on more than 75 Passive House projects across 7 different climate zones and multiple countries, primarily large-scale mixed use, multi-family, and non-residential projects. As Vice President of Sustainability and Resilience at Thornton Tomasetti, she leads the firm’s Passive House Practice and also focuses on Building Science and Master Decarbonization Planning. She has experience with unique passive house typologies such as curtain wall tower, medical facilities and labs, historic masonry retrofits and passive buildings with historic preservation requirements. She has been training Phius Certified Consultants (CPHC's) and serving as a Phius Board member since 2010 and is also a founding member of the Phius Technical Committee, and a current member of the ASHRAE 227 Standard Committee.
