Brad joined The Green Engineer in 2014. As Senior Sustainability Consultant, his expertise resides in providing holistic sustainable design and construction solutions for a diverse range of project typologies including, but not limited to commercial offices/labs, high-rise multi-family buildings, higher education buildings, K-12 schools, and municipal buildings. He has extensive experience navigating these projects through third-party green building certification programs such as LEED, Phius, WELL, Fitwel, CHPS, ILFI Core, etc. as well as the Massachusetts Energy Code, Cambridge Article 22, Boston Article 37, and Somerville Article 10 processes. 

Brad received his Bachelor of Science in Building and Construction Technology from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Brad has earned the LEED AP (BD+C) & WELL AP accreditations and is also a Phius Certified Passive House Consultant (CPHC) and Certified Passive House Builder (CPHB).
