In addition to being the senior Rater and Verifier with Advanced Building Analysis, LLC, Mike is President of the board of Energy Raters of Massachusetts, Inc., a RESNET accredited HERS Provider that specifically caters to Independent HERS Raters working in Massachusetts.
Mike is a past president and current member of the board of directors of the Northeast HERS Alliance, a regional association of HERS Providers and Raters, focused on providing consistent education and standards for the HERS Rating Community in the Northeast.
Mike is a member of RESNET Standards Development Committee 300’s Subcommittee on equipment and testing, and a past researcher with the DOE’s Building America Program, partnered with Boston University.
