About

Welcome Home Harvard is an environmentally sustainable, transit-oriented, affordable ownership community with 25 family-sized homes for households earning 80% and 100% of area median income. The community spans three different sites, with 13 homes being developed at 77-79 and 81 Harvard Street, 8 homes being developed at 84 Harvard Street, and 4 homes being developed at 94 Harvard Street. Half of the homes are proposed to have 3 bedrooms or 4 bedrooms and each home has been designed with designated outdoor space.
