About
The expansion at Lasell Village (McGuire Hall) introduces 42 new independent living residences and several amenities that complete the campus. In collaboration with the Auburndale Historic District Commission, the design incorporates the historic Robin Dell House (1850s farmhouse) into McGuire Hall to house two independent living units, ensuring its preservation. The entire project, including both the expansion and renovation, is pursuing certification with Passive House Institute (PHI).
