About
Reducing the carbon footprint of existing buildings is crucial. Creative thinking and technical know-how are vital skills to have in your tool belt!
Josephine Wendroth, EIT, is a mechanical engineer at CMTA. She has been a mechanical engineer and project manager on primarily higher education projects; ranging from dorms and office/classroom buildings to educational labs. Josephine approaches all of her projects with a 'green lens' by searching for creative and cost-effective ways to electrify and reduce energy consumption. She has implemented energy efficiency measures in the form of infrastructure upgrades, complete gut & renos, and partial building fitouts. Josephine loves solving the unique puzzles that existing buildings have to offer!
