Hardik is the Team Lead & Sr. Energy & Decarbonization Manager at Baumann Consulting, bringing more than 9 years of experience in portfolio-level energy management, building decarbonization, Cx, & RCx. He helps clients develop practical, scalable strategies that reduce operating costs, lower carbon emissions, improve building performance, & enhance occupant well-being through the Triple Bottom Line approach.
Hardik holds a Master's degree in Energy Engineering from the University of Illinois at Chicago & is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) & Certified Energy Manager (CEM). He serves on the Editorial Board of AEE's IJSEEP & the Professional Development Committee of the Building Commissioning Association. As a Decarbonization Co-Fellow & co-author of a global decarbonization guidance report, Hardik has received national and international recognition, including GreenBiz 30 Under 30 30 in Energy, Under 40 in Cx & AEE's Young Energy Professional of the Year
