Leveraging off of a successful first phase, Ingalls Court Phase 2 will add 48 affordable senior housing to create a total of 98 units in two connected Passive House buildings at an existing senior care campus. A bridge connector will adjoin the two buildings, which will open onto a new shared plaza that connects the campus. The project navigates a steep grade change that accesses resident parking below the buildings as well as surface parking for the active services and staff. The high performing building, including rooftop solar panels, is extremely low on energy usage, while providing maximum comfort to its senior population and respecting the surrounding conditions.
