Welch Elementary School received a full replacement of all MEP systems, partial roof upgrades, a new fire suppression system, and accessibility improvements to meet current code standards. Interior spaces were reconfigured to create a more functional layout for Administration and the Media Center, while architectural and energy-efficiency enhancements were applied to the envelope. These updates were delivered with long-term value in mind, extending the building’s useful life by more than 30 years.
