About
Rogerson Communities is an all electric senior housing facility with on-site solar renewable energy. This project consists of 70 units of senior independent living apartments, 66 units of assisted living including memory care units. This project also consists of a resiliency hub for the surrounding community consisting of a fully electric kitchen, memory care day center, and other supportive amenities. This project was designed to Passive House (PHIUS 2024) Certification Standard, LEED Certifiable Standard, and participated in MassSave Passive House incentive program.
