A comprehensive, 150,500-square-foot residential renewal of Buildings 62 and 64, executed from June 2023 to August 2025 under the MIT 2030 framework. The project modernized the century-old, five-story facility to house 373 undergraduate students while targeting LEED Gold certification. The scope included a complete overhaul of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, historic masonry restoration, and hazardous material abatement.
