Hollins Park will be a 100% affordable new construction project providing 33 units of rental housing in the Greater Bowdoin-Geneva area of Dorchester. Two-thirds of these units will be two- and three-bedrooms to accommodate families. The project will be four stories and include 36 interior bike bike storage spots, eight exterior visitor bike parking spots, eight exterior vehicle parking spaces, and a community room with adjoining roof deck. Hollins Park draws inspiration from the surrounding Dorchester community and will mesh with the neighborhood's architecture.
