Designed as Disney's New York City headquarters, 7 Hudson Square is an all-electric vertical campus designed to achieve LEED Platinum certification. The 1.2 million-square-foot building exceeds Local Law 97 requirements by utilizing water-source and air-source heat pumps, a high-performance facade, waste-heat recovery, and solar panels to drastically reduce carbon emissions. Further sustainability features include advanced stormwater management and bird-safe glass, positioning the structure as a leader in low-carbon design.
