Curtis Apartments, a 372-unit state-supported public housing community in Worcester, MA, is undergoing a total multi-phase redevelopment. The existing 1950s-era brick buildings will be demolished and replaced by more than a dozen new, modern, energy-efficient residential buildings, a public library, and three new public parks. The redevelopment will provide 527 apartments, all designed to better meet the needs of today’s families.
