About
The Conservatory Apartments in Garfield Park will provide comprehensive case management and support to 34 unaccompanied women who’ve experienced homelessness and will reside at the Conservatory Apartments. This evidence-based model of permanent housing and wrap-around services will provide a launchpad for women to set and achieve goals and establish a stable life.
The building itself, designed by HED, will also be the largest of its kind in Chicago to meet Passive House standards of environmental sustainability and quality construction, raising the bar for affordable multi-family housing developments in the city.
