About

Barry Farms 1A will be the second of the 3 main apartment buildings of phase 1 of the Barry Farm Redevelopment project, all of which are being designed to meet and exceed Passive House performance requirements.  The building will have 134 affordable housing units, first floor community amenity space, resident services, retail, and a local vendor food court, and below grade parking.
