About

Alta Vista at St. Joseph's Park is a new six-story, mixed-use building featuring “podium” style construction, with the first two floors built of structural steel and concrete, and the remaining four floors constructed of wood. The development transformed four vacant lots into 76 total units, including one- and two-bedroom apartments and three townhomes.

Showcasing both traditional and modern design and construction, the building mirrors the details of the neighboring historic landmark, St. Joseph’s Church. Alta Vista at St. Joseph's Park is the first project in the Downtown Revitalization Initiative, located at a key landmark in Rochester. It is an all-electric building and is Passive House Certified.
