The Proposed Project consists of a new six-story, mixed-use residential building containing approximately 81,561 gross square feet, 109 residential rental units, and approximately 2,875 square feet of ground floor retail and commercial space, together with widened sidewalks, open space, and related site and building amenities. The 109 residential units are proposed to be a diverse mix of types including: 16-two-bedroom, 34-one-bedroom and 59-studio units.
