About
501 Pond Street is a 125-unit workforce housing project located in Ashland, MA. Nestled in the suburban countryside of Central Massachusetts, the project adds housing to one of Ashland's commercial districts. The building design incorporates the traditional New England style with gabled roofs, trim elements, and lap siding. The front yard of the project includes a Woonerf to activate the street edge, providing an active space for social interaction. The southwest corner of the building includes two retail spaces that spill out onto the Woonerf. The amenity space for residents consists of a mail & package area, work pods, a large fitness space, clubroom, pet spa, and rentable dining areas. In the courtyard, a central game lawn, patio with ample seating and grill stations, and swing area provide an outdoor retreat for residents.
