About

This 2025 NPC project will replace the existing auto body shops and parking with a new residential building on a single lot, with approximately 173,909 SF of gross floor area and approximately 200 residential units. The project also includes 2,100 SF of ground floor retail space, 7,200 SF of outdoor amenity space and 63 garage parking spaces to serve the project’s residents. This project also includes IDP artist units and 2,000 SF of artist space to serve artists within the Allston community.
