B’nai B’rith Housing (BBH), a regional nonprofit housing developer, proposes a new mixed-use, affordable senior housing development at 4259–4267 Washington Street in the Roslindale neighborhood of Boston. The project will create 41 units for seniors and older adults (age 55+), all of which will be affordable to households earning at or below 60% of Area Median Income (AMI).
