About
"41 LaGrange is an affordable multifamily community in downtown Boston, in partnership with St. Francis House and the Planning Office for Urban Affairs (POUA.) The 19-story tower is the second phase of the preceding rehabilitation and preservation of the Boston Young Men’s Christian Union, originally constructed in 1875.
Out of the 126 units, 70 will be set aside as permanent supportive housing for those experiencing homelessness. The program includes 54 studios, 18 one-bedroom, and 54 two-bedroom units with resident amenities such as a community room, laundry facility, lounge, fitness center, indoor bike storage, supportive services, and management offices."
