The Proposed Project is a new five-story​ elevator building with 51 income- and age-restricted rental housing units. The​ building will be 48,340 gross square feet. The flat-style units will be age-restricted to households 62​ years old and older. There will be 4 studio units and 47 one-bedroom units. The building will include​ covered parking for 5 vehicles. Additional​ amenities will include a common room, terrace, landscaped courtyard, leasing office, management​ office, mail and package room, fitness center, and individual meeting rooms.
