172 Western Avenue will consist of a new 8 story building with ground floor retail spacesOne of the two proposed ground floor retail spaces will host the dry cleaners that has served the community since the 1960’s. Floors two through eight will contain 20 total residential units, with a mix of twelve 12 one-bedroom units, 7 two-bedroom units, and 1 three-bedroom unit. The Proposed Project will provide 20 indoor long-term bicycle parking spaces and 8 outdoor short-term bicycle parking spaces across 4 bike racks, for a total of 28 bicycle parking spaces.
