15 Supertest Street will include up to approximately 24,000 square feet of retail space addressing Rutherford Avenue and Supertest Streets, proposed as a single retail use. On the second and third levels, the project proposes eighteen (18) affordable rental residential units in three-bedroom and four-bedroom “family” configurations, as “off-site” IDP units from the 25 Supertest tower project.
