The 144 Market St. Project is a six-story multifamily building located in Lynn, MA. It includes 35 dwelling units consisting of one- and two-bedroom apartments. The project features a first-floor common area with amenities and housing utilities, along with a commercial space that is outside the Passive House envelope and scope. To support the development team's sustainability goals, the project is exploring the feasibility of Phius certification to reduce its carbon footprint.
