Hi, I’m Steffi! I’m passionate about helping make the built environment more sustainable while bringing people together to solve complex challenges. My career has taken me through project engineering, cost analysis, business development, and sustainability, giving me a unique perspective on how great ideas become real-world impact.

I recently earned my master’s degree from Georgia Tech, where I researched embodied carbon and circularity in construction. These days, I work with project teams, clients, and industry partners to find practical ways to build smarter, and more sustainable communities.

Outside of work, I love exploring Colorado with my dog, hiking, visiting national parks, traveling, and experiencing different cultures. I also enjoy mentoring students and young professionals, learning new technologies, and meeting people from different backgrounds. I'm always excited by opportunities to connect, learn something new, and make a positive impact.
