Nathan is an interdisciplinary project consultant and project manager for new construction and retrofit passive house and energy performance projects across New England. On technical projects he works with clients to develop appropriate consulting scopes and budgets, then manages service delivery start to finish, including both Passive House Consultant and Passive House Verifier teams.
Regionally, Nathan also focuses on operational excellence at RDH, including developing, organizing, and implementing key content, workflows, and tools for our consultant and verification teams.
Nathan is currently managing $1.5-$2M in Passive House revenue annually.
