Mr. Norton joined New Ecology in 2019 and serves as a project manager and rater, supporting new construction and retrofit projects.  His background includes HERS ratings, LEED for Homes verifications, Enterprise Green Communities verifications and he is a Passive House verifier.  This work has included single family, multi-family, affordable and market rate housing, new construction as well as retrofits. Prior to his work in high performance building Mr. Norton worked as a project manager and asset manager in multi-family housing development.  He holds a B.A. in Political Science from Boston University and a Masters in City Planning from MIT.
