Kit Elsworth is Turner Construction's Regional Sustainability Manager for Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. He is responsible for advising and training preconstruction teams and overseeing on-site sustainability efforts during construction. Prior to Turner, Kit was an Associate and Building Performance Specialist in KieranTimberlake’s transdisciplinary research group, where he applied research in the topics of building performance and occupant comfort. Kit also co-lead the firm's internal sustainability group, co-authoring three Sustainability Action Plans and creating various roadmaps for implementation. 

Kit has served on several industry advisory committees, such as the AIA COTE 2030 Working Group, ILFI Energy and Carbon TAG and ASHRAE's Project Committee for Standard 228. Before working at KieranTimberlake, Kit received his Master’s in Building Science from the University of California, Berkeley and he is a Certified Passive House Consultant (CPHC).
