Erica has successfully navigating LEED projects to meet or exceed certification goals since 2005 and joined The Green Engineer in 2018. She has earned the LEED-AP BD+C designation, as well as certifications as a BPI Building Analyst Professional and a Whole Building Life Cycle Assessment Professional. Erica has experience with commercial and institutional projects of all sizes. She works closely with architects, contractors, and owners to develop a project’s sustainability goals and objectives, as well as strategies to keep the team on track to meet those goals.
