Conn is a Project Manager with the High-Performance Building Solutions team and a Certified Passive House Designer (PHI) and Passive House Consultant (PHIUS), bringing over eleven years of architectural and building performance experience across the United States and Ireland.

He has led Passive House services across a wide range of project types, including healthcare, commercial office, student housing, hospitality, and both multifamily and single-family residential developments. His experience spans all phases of delivery, from early feasibility analysis and energy target setting through construction administration and certification.

Conn provides technical leadership in whole-building energy modeling, thermal bridge analysis, high-performance enclosure design, construction document review, and on-site coordination. He works closely with integrated project teams to ensure performance targets are achieved while proactively managing cost, constructability, and schedule considerations.
