Brenda Lam is the Sustainable Design Project Coordinator at SMMA in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Ms. Lam has an Environmental Engineering degree from Syracuse University and began her career as a water resource engineer. She applied her passion for sustainable design while working in Construction Administration and Building Envelope Consulting in New York City, and eventually moved to Boston to further apply green building certifications and sustainability in her home state. She is well-versed in building codes, healthy materials, and life cycle analysis for both new and existing construction.
