Bethany Moody, AIA, has over 11 years of experience at ICON revitalizing historic and existing buildings across greater Boston through adaptive reuse, occupied rehabilitation, and historic tax credit projects. As a core member of ICON’s RENEW practice, she has contributed to transformative preservation efforts including 31 Milk Street, Radio Factory Lofts, The Coady School Residences, The Medfield State Hospital, and more. She is dedicated to advancing preservation projects that strengthen communities while honoring their architectural heritage. Bethany earned her Bachelor of Architecture from Penn State University.
