Beth is a dynamic construction professional with a deep commitment to scaling energy efficiency. Based in RI, she has a track record of delivering innovative single family and missing middle residential projects, particularly in net zero and passive house construction.

Beth's professional journey began with “tool bags on”, graduating in time to Estimator, Project Engineer, and Project Manager at vanguard design/build and offsite construction firms. 

In her current role at the nonprofit Passive House Massachusetts, Beth lends her knowledge of the industry to leverage Passive House and high performance construction to help the industry achieve better buildings now.  

Beth's roles also include Phius Certified Passive House Builder trainer, delivering content on building science, construction methods, and high performance theory to support the industry in scaling knowledgeable professionals. She is also the president of Passive House Rhode Island.
